Competition Time

It’s time to have a little fun around Stolen Stitches HQ. We are about to head into another Knit-along and before we do we thought it would be fun to see all the things that you have knitted with Stolen Stitches patterns.

Prize

The prize for taking part in this challenge is a digital copy of Echoes of Heather & Stone, our brand new book and 5 skeins of Nua yarn. We’ll also do a couple of spot prizes along the way of digital patterns.

Winners will be chosen from the #KnittedwithStolenStitches tag on Instagram.

If you’re not on Instagram don’t worry just pop your image in the comments section on this blog post.

How to Enter:

  1. All you have to do to take part is to take a selfie with your Stolen Stitches garment or accessory and post it on Instagram using the tag #KnittedwithStolenStitches.
  2. Tell us what you love most about the pattern you are wearing.
  3. You also must be following the StolenStitches Instagram account.

We know not everyone likes to get in front of the camera so don’t worry you don’t need to have your face in the image if you don’t want to.

If you need some selfie inspiration you can see the #facelessportraits on Instagram. We aren’t looking for professional shots, just you out having fun in your StolenStitches knit. You can even stand in front of your mirror and take a selfie. It’s about feeling great and celebrating what you love about your handknits.

Between now and when the competition closes on September 17th 2018, we will share some of our favourites on our media channels so don’t forget to post what yarn you used and what you love most about the pattern.

  1. For the contest I wanted to sent you a picture of Esquilino and Palatino knitted in Cushendale which I started at the July Knitting Retreat. Also in the picture I am hold up Nua Half Moon in progress. However, I could not get the picture to plop into this comment section. I would love to enter to contest but am not on Instagram. Help!
