Confident Knitting

I’m so excited to introduce to you a project I’ve been involved in for the last year. You may have seen the launch of Jen Arnall-Culliford’s Confident Knitting but if you haven’t I’m going to spill all the details here:

What is it?

Confident Knitting is a year-long programme to grow your knitting skills and confidence. It runs from 1st March 2021, with monthly digital pattern and both photo and video tutorial releases, followed by an optional print book delivered in September 2021.

Each project is of a manageable size, allowing you to jump in and build your skills one step at a time. Whether you are a novice knitter or hugely experienced, you are guaranteed to find something new to learn.

Who’s involved?

In this project, you can find: Emily Williams, Gudrun Johnston, Hunter Hammersen, Janette Budge, Jeanette Sloan, Jen Arnall-Culliford, Jimenez Joseph, Lily Kate France, Marceline Smith, Martina Behm,Noma Ndlovu and me!

What can I learn?

All the projects are small accessories and are great for stash busting. You can look forward to learning the following techniques:

Catching floats in colourwork, creating a folded hem, embroidering your knitting, excellent blocking, garter stitch short-row heel, German twisted cast on for ribbing, grab stitches, the i-cord cast-off method, modular knitting, mosaic knitting, reversible cables and Vikkel braids.

Where can I purchase/ join?

From the 5th and 12th February, you can save £1.00 off the price
of the print or ebook with the code:
