All payments are collected and processed through PayPal. You do not need to have your own account to purchase any of my items, you can use your credit or debit card through paypal.

Delivery
All electronic products purchased through this website are automatically delivered as soon as payment has cleared, and a download link will be sent to the email address used to purchase the items. Please note if you pay using eCheck you will not receive the download link until your payment has been processed.
Any physical books purchased will be processed and shipping within 5 days unless you are informed otherwise.

Refund Policy
Refunds can be requested within 14 days of purchase, please contact me if you have a problem.

Privacy Policy
No credit card information is accessed by Stolen Stitches, this is only processed by Paypal. Email details are used only for communication purposes and are never given to third parties. Newsletter subscription is opt-in only; you will not be sent any unsolicited emails.

Each work and it’s contents are fully covered by Irish copyright law, regardless of where you live or where the pattern was downloaded. In Irelan, Copyright and Design Rights are automatic and do not require registration.
